  1. Dude, because of you, I spent the last 90 minutes or so reading about the extended family of Homer and Marge, as well as numerous episode summaries.

    Fortunately, I enjoyed myself.

  2. In the much later episode “The Regina Monologues”, it is revealed that Grampa had an illegitimate daughter while he was fighting in World War II. Could this idea have inspired three episodes?

  4. I’m glad they separated them. “The Curse of the Flying Hellfish” was one of the all-time great episodes, but “Burns, Baby Burns” was one of the signals of the show’s decline.
