Probably the fitting name ultimately, disgrace it was dealt with so incompetently.

Cancels is correct at shut of enterprise Friday in order that any enchantment cannot occur for 3 days on the earliest. Surely intentional? Not positive who or the way it actually helps although.

    Hawke’s assertion in full:

    > “Today I exercised my energy underneath part 133C(3) of the Migration Act to cancel the visa held by Mr Novak Djokovic on well being and good order grounds, on the premise that it was within the public curiosity to take action.
    >
    > “This choice adopted orders by the Federal Circuit and Family Court on 10 January 2022, quashing a previous cancellation choice on procedural equity grounds.
    >
    > “In making this choice, I fastidiously thought-about data supplied to me by the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Border Force and Mr Djokovic.
    >
    > “The Morrison Government is firmly dedicated to defending Australia’s borders, significantly in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.
    >
    > “I thank the officers of the Department of Home Affairs and the Australian Border Force who work every day to serve Australia’s interests in increasingly challenging operational environments.”

Say what you need however as a European (Belgium) it is protected to say non of us would have the balls to deport this man at this level. Hell, we would not even have cancelled his visa on the airport to start with.

Never thought the minister would. I like Australia!
