  1. Apple’s Do Not Track is a nice to have. The message on Apple’s OS says “ASK APP NOT TO TRACK”. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the app developer can’t access the system advertising identifier (IDFA). That’s it.

    You are still logged in. They don’t need a system advertising identifier. You ARE LOGGED IN. They know who you are. Your system can be identified through other means.

    I hate Facebook, but this lawsuit will likely fail. If you use Meta properties and think they aren’t tracking you, you’re a special kind of idiot.
