[Anderson] I’m told now that Joe Judge has been let go from the #Giants, per league sources.
It finally happened.
The buildup between the last day or so has been something lmao
This kills the Daniel Jones
GIANTS FANS REJOICE
Well that was a fun 24 hours
Dude survived black Monday just to be fired a day later lol
Wait, no. We were THIS close
Terrible Move. He was just 1 season away from turning it around.
Ain’t god good
GIANTS FANS THE BAD MAN CANT HURT YOU ANYMORE
Even as a Cowboy fan, I’m happy for Giants fans. Joe Judge is a curse I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
pls be our special teams coach again Joe
We miss u 😘
*spits out medium Pepsi*
Makes sense. I can’t imagine any quality GM they wanted to recruit would have agreed to come on board without the ability to pick their own guy.
Internet bullying sometimes does work
Is this real?
Daniel Jones is probably gone. Three years and he’s not shown much
Took long enough
black monday on a Tuesday
And with that, Matt Rhule becomes the worst coach to hold onto his job.
Can’t say I’m surprised, the way he seemed to melt down the last few weeks of the season was spectacular… sad to see him go.
I’m glad. The Giants were literally unwatchable this year. Hopefully they get someone in that can utilize their great receivers and running backs.
GET IN HERE
Cya you fucking clown
The giants saw Flores get fired and rethought things ig
To anyone saying that “it’s too early to fire a coach after 2 seasons with a bad roster” I would like to give you a comprehensive list of everything dumb that he has done
-Last year he played Daniel Jones vs Arizona despite Jones not being healthy and Jones couldn’t run, which is integral to him being even a decent quarterback. He admitted that most players wouldn’t have played through the injury after the season
-He challenged a touchdown week 1 vs Denver even though you can’t do that and loses a timeout
-In week 2 vs WFT, he got the ball down 1 at Washington’s 20 yard line with a lot of time left, and instead of playing aggressively, he went run-run-incomplete and the Giants kicked a field goal. They lost that game when Washington drove down and kicked a field goal of their own
-He blows timeouts for no reason constantly
-I don’t remember when but I remember us taking a delay of game after a timeout
-Spent a timeout on 2nd & 23 to avoid a delay of game. It’s 2nd & 23, just take the delay of game and save the timeout for a time where it might actually be important
-He hired Jason Garrett and Freddie Kitchens as his offensive coordinators
-His excuse for losing vs the Rams was “our offensive gameplan was based around Kadarius Toney” and he straight up didn’t have a backup plan
-I think he’s punted or kicked a field goal in situations where he should’ve gone for it like 20 times
-He said “Punting is aggressive”
-He says shit like “there were a lot of positives” when the team loses by 26
-He makes a claim that players call him saying how much they wish he was still their coach with no evidence and is 99% a lie
-He claims he has players on the team begging for extensions while also claiming he’s only focusing on the present, which contradict each other
-He called a QB sneak on 3rd & 9
-The team shows no effort on a weekly basis
-He does nothing to actually help the team
-First Giants coach EVER to lose 13 games in a season
-HE CALLED A QB SNEAK ON 3RD & 9
YOU CAN FIRE A COACH AFTER 2 YEARS AND STILL HIRE A GOOD COACH AFTERWARDS
The Cardinals fired Wilks after 1 year and got a much better coach in Kingsbury.
Titans did the same with Mularkey after 2.5 years and got Vrabel.
Buffalo fired Sexy Rexy after 2 years and got McDermott
San Fran fired BOTH Tomsula AND Kelly EACH after just ONE year and got Shanahan
How the turntables
They just wanted to give Joe Judge his own headline on a Tuesday.
