    Ah, good old Sleazyjet.

  2. Where I live, it’s become a badge of honor to not give a shit about others. This is in the bible belt.

    I’m exhausted.

Not just with covid, but with living day to day knowing so many people don’t care and actively mock those who do.

  3. They know who their customers are.

  4. yet again, the angry idiots win and everyone suffers.

  5. no way, who could have predicted this?

  6. I’ve been self isolating for 2 years. I went for a walk downtown yesterday and I saw nobody wearing masks. All the bars were crammed, people were huddled together in groups smoking outside. I came home and put on the news and saw that covid is spiking in the UK. 1 in 13 people are infected. I’ll be staying home forever, I guess.

  7. So, do you think they made the connection between no masks and their employees all getting covid or?

  8. Two years on, & the stupidity & selfishness worldwide is STILL fully on display.u

“I won’t/can’t/don’t care if I get COVID-19 and SCREW anyone else I pass it on to!”

r/Noahgettheboat. I once was an empathetic, sympathetic sorta guy — not anymore. Spoiled brats who whine, moan & SCREAM about non-existent “rights” have turned me into a complete misanthrope. I *revel* in r/HermanCainAwards. I particularly enjoy the “good Christians” trying to kill grandma on the daily, though the ones with dead (from COVID) spouses who refuse to have their children vaccinated come a close second.

  9. Anti-mask morons. Wear a mask! It is easier to just wear it for a few hours than to drive to your destination. if you even can. one the flight is over you can be an idiot again.

You don’t catch Covid the instant you are exposed to the virus. It takes about one thousand droplets for an infection to cause the disease. So wearing a mask for the majority of the time you are on a plane and removing it for the bare minimum of the time it takes you to eat or drink something reduces your risk significantly. Just because a precaution is not 100% effective doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it anyway.

  11. The factory I work at, just today, announced they were done with all the Covid precautions. About 70% of the people in the building threw away their masks, saying things like, “Oh thank goodness, this has been over for a year already!”

They seem to have forgotten the two whole weeks we shut down in January because so many people got covid so fast we just couldn’t run any production. Or the 12 people who had to be replaced because they died in that same time frame.

But yeah, totally over, everyone back to work!

Honestly though, given the amount people remove their masks on flights for eating, drinking, etc, did this really make much of a difference?

  13. So you need to get a certified test saying you are COVID negative within 24 hours before your flight. If (allegedly) all passengers are COVID negative, and the plane air filtration is better than most others (even better than operating rooms in some instances), then why would you need a mask?

Wear a mask if you have autoimmune issues, but everyone else really doesn’t need to.

EDIT: I’m fully vaccinated, got a negative COVID test before the flight, and the air filtration works wonders. That isn’t enough?

I went on a transcontinental flight a few weeks ago and the entire plane had their masks off at the same time to eat. Nothing happened because of all of the precautions already taken… If the 30 minutes of people drinking and eating without their masks on didn’t do anything, neither would keeping a mask off for the whole flight.
