  1. Man, not a great film, but what a scene. Genuine body horror.

  2. Yeah, all the lore about cyberpsychosis and implant rejection, time and training needed, emotional effects, and you’re running around more heavily modded than Smasher. Deus Ex came up with an excuse for this, and the Shadowrun games kept to the respective mechanic of its tabletop, but CP77 doesn’t give a fuck.

  3. This scene terrified me when I was a kid lmao.

  4. Should’ve been a trade off with installing more mods to your body but it’s just like aah you want double jump, well time to chop off your two perfectly healthy legs.

  5. I don’t know why I suddenly think of Raiden in MGSR. Is he also same as in this video?

  6. It’s a core mechanic in the tabletop version of Cyberpunk as far as I know, would have been extra cool to have that be a thing in the game for that reason alone, and then everything said above on top of that.

But imagine if it was dangerous to keep adding too many mods or even swapping mods too many times or risk going crazy and like blacking out and coming too in the middle of a blood bath, or suddenly objectives start coming up telling you to kill civilians and cause chaos, let it be your fault but like your own “mind” was telling you too.

And then Regina comes after you!

  7. I was dissappointed that only the arms change appearance. I think it would have been cool to see some other kind of scaring to synethic skin from dermal grafts

  8. doc: dont worry you gonna have the robot dong with 20cm if you want it too
    v: 25cm.
    doc: alright.

  9. X-Com 2 touches on this. When you get the ability to make cyber troops the process is irreversible and the soldiers who volunteer understand that this is going to be a total conversion. In the equipment screens, your cyber troopers are just endoskeletons with human heads until you choose their armor platforms.

  10. What movie is this

  11. In the TTRPG you lose humanity which impacts your Empathy score. When it hits two or lower you start falling into Cyberpsychosis.

  12. Imagine that lol sheesh

  13. That hand though. Like why ?

  14. What movie is this?

  15. The Maelstrom club Totenkrantz comments on your chrome

the dude at the entrance said mine was “minimalist” cause i dont have much really except double jump and kerenzikovs/sandevistans

  16. That would be cool if that was added ☺️
