Looks like he didn’t get all the grout material off the inner portion. The final colors are different from before the grout. I also wouldn’t use a tan colored grout with brown and grey chips. Not enough contrast. He’d have done better with a white grout. Would have gone better with the surrounding white tiles. Maybe use a little grey for the circles in the Ying and Yang. Or black and white.
