1. When you put these all together, Zuko looks like a fanboy who photoshopped himself into pictures of the Gaang

  2. Has to be Boiling Rock.

    HEY! RIOT!

  3. The Dancing Dragon.

I liked the balance of seriousness and silliness in the episode

  4. The Boiling Rock is peak cinema

  5. Boiling Rock. Suki’s spider ability is awesome to watch!

  6. The journey Toph and Zuko never had. 🥺

  7. One of my favorite moments in the show is when Zuko sees Katara bloodbend. As far as he knows, she could have done it to him at any time. So I imagine at that point he makes sure never to piss her off.

I’d say the Katara/Zuko field trip was probably the most therapeutic for both parties. Katara had to find a way to forgive Zuko and Zuko had to face up the the travesties committed by his own people.

  9. As much as I like the Boiling Rock episodes, it always bothered me that Zuko was the only bender brought onto that trip. The other 3 would have been really useful.

  10. Sun warriors.

  11. Katara’s emotion gets me fired up and I get chills when she almost kills the guy. The dragon dance scene might be my favorite scene in the entire show. Boiling Rock is just an all around great episode. It’s really hard to choose lmao

  12. The Southern Raiders might be my favorite episode period. Its hard to do favorite of all time, but thats absolutely my favorite of season 3.

  13. My favorite is The Southern Raiders. Katara stopping the rain… chills every time. What a fantastic way to show us how far she’s come since S1. The dialogue is superb, too:

“Katara, you do have a choice: Forgiveness.”

“That’s the same as doing nothing.”

“No, it’s not. It’s easy to do nothing, but it’s hard to forgive.”

“It’s not just hard. It’s impossible.”

  14. I think The Boiling Rock is the best. It was pretty epic. I mean Azula showing up was wild too. And Mai and Ty Lee switching sides. Overall hype episodes.

Southern Raiders. I love the way they gave Katara closure on her childhood trauma. She doesn’t have to forgive — she *shouldn’t* forgive — but she *can* move on with her life.

  16. Okay but toph was the only one who got an adventure with Iroh

  17. Southern Raiders.

I like the chemistry between Zuko and Katara. I like the role reversal where Katara is the antagonistic one shutting Zuko out, and Zuko is the nice one trying to win her trust.

  18. Boiling Rock episodes were fire. Great Sokka moments, great moments with his dad, Suki, Zuko obviously, Mai and Azula, great side characters and comedy.

  19. Definitely the one with Aang

  20. Sun warriors hit different easily one of my favorite

  21. I’ll go with Sokkas I mean it was so big they couldn’t fit it into just 1 episode

  22. When him and aang did the fire bending ritual was peak zuko and aang

    Kataras Revenge, hands down.

  24. We recently discovered a lost & forgotten episode where Zuko tracks down the Cabbage Merchant and not only apologizes for the carts that got destroyed where he was involved, but for the Gaang destroying them as well.

The Cabbage Merchant feels so moved he provides Zuko with the power needed to defeat almost anyone. Excluding the Cabbage Merchant himself, of course.

Sadly, the recording of the episode self-destructed after we watched it, so we can’t show the rest of the world. You can trust us though, it was glorious

  25. Boiling rock is awesome

  26. The southern Raiders is probably my favortie episode of the show.(Tied with the blind bandit) so thats mine

  27. Mine is with Aang of course

  28. The boiling rock is the most quotable episode of the show, but the southern raiders is the best episode in the series (all imo obviously)

  29. HOW is no one talking about The Southern Raiders??? One of the best episodes of the ENTIRE series.

  30. “That’s rough buddy.”

  31. I love the raw, guttural emotion and payoffs in Southern Raiders.

BUT, I’m gonna go with Firebending Masters for 2 reasons:

    1) It is the first time we see Zuko and Aang, who have been enemies the entire series, doing something together as partners. The person who Zuko has literally tried to kill is now side by side with him on this adventure, I love it. Also I love Zuko and Aang’s relationship, it’s one of my favorites.

    2) When Zuko sees the dragons’ fire and says “I understand.” I get chills. It is one of my favorite moments in the entire series, so freaking powerful and such a significant shift in this character we all love. I just love it.

  32. Boiling rock episodes hands down

  33. Remind me again what toph and Zuko did again?

  34. Yes

  35. The Boiling Rock episodes are some of my favorite from the entire show
