I’m Filipino, can confirm that there’s at least 1 kid in the pool that would do this shit
This shit is exactly why lifeguards don’t allow pool tubes
That right there was a suicide attempt
Happened to me once but with a lifevest
LoL with sad face
Reminds me of the time I put arm bands on my legs because I thought it would let me walk on top of the water
I tried to stack 3 tubes together when I was a kid and flipped over just like this. It was scary.
How life treating me
Lol did this when I was a kid. Didn’t cry or whatever. It was peaceful and I remember seeing the bottom of the pool clearly and vividly.
And this is why lifeguards (used to be one lol) advise against pool tubes, ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CHILDREN. Also why we require parents to be in the water with the younger ones.
Here we see the creation of a future r/thalassophobia user
Had this happen to me when I was like 7 at our summer house. I was completely alone and my leg got stuck too because it was one of those things where there is a tight af hole for each of your legs. I almost drowned. The only time I got closer to dying was when a piece of bacon got stuck in my throat. My vision was going black when my dad managed to get a hold of it and take it out. Literally didn’t eat bacon for 2 years after that out of pure fear.
*watches the kid drown*
This right here is exactly why those things loudly insist that they are “NOT A FLOATATION DEVICE”.
More of a r/ParentsAreFuckingDumb imo, but even then, this is an unfortunately common mistake to make, and they were obviously supervising the kid, which is exactly what you’re supposed to do in this situation
Happened to me when I was a kid, I still remember it
Filipino here. It’s a big mood.

bro she went to the water realm
u/savevideobot
wait for several more minute he can say bye to the world
Exactly why I was always scared of those pool tube thing!
More like goodbye world

Yeah and good bye living
Haha this is so scary. Do it again! Hahahah
You can tell they’re Pinoy because they’re in the pool fully clothed
Good thing they were watching. You can easily drown if you can’t get out of those things while upside down
In China nobody would have noticed for 15 minutes even the guy swimming next to the kid. Facts.
