I am nt sure if I’ve ever seen the skyline from this vantage point.Reminds me of Kerry Park in Seattle.

My favorite time to shoot is sunrise. Normally, not a lot of people out and feels much safer.

As someone stuck in the Midwest, I really am jealous of your winter definition. Mine is just freaking cold, and windy. For example, my kids are in spring break this week, it is currently 32, with a 25 mph wind. This is bullshit.
