  1. When our son was about 18 months old he loved to run around noisily. Once we were in the dining room doing something, and he started to run around the dining room table going “LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA.” Our imperturbable large tabby cat Buster was sitting on the table. So it went like this:

Me: Honey, use your inside voice.

    Son: LA LA LA LALALALALALA

Spouse: Pipe down, please. Not so much noise.

    Son: LA LALALALALALALALA

Buster: (extending his front paw) WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP!

(He smacked him on the head!)

    Our son stopped immediately.

  2. We’ve all been there, “Ah oh, mom is angry, better behave”

  3. This is why you leave puppies with their siblings & mother as LONG as possible; these pups will grow up to be happier & safer adult dogs. 👏👏👏

Under her watch they’ll learn and gain a lot, what a great job she’s doing I applaud that so much.

  5. Showing not only negative but also positive reinforcement — not only barking for inappropriate behaviour (e.g. pulling tail) but also nuzzling for appropriate behaviour (e.g. approaching calmly or waiting).

  6. I was worried for her nips for a second there; they kinda started attacking em. She’s a pro.

  7. THIS. THIS is why puppies need their momma for at least 8 weeks! She teaches them manners, patience, waiting turns, all those good things. This momma is a queen. She loves her babies and wants them to ‘grow up right’. All hail the queen!!!

  8. She almost made me sit down and I’m a human.

  9. Feeling so bad for that lil pup that was lying quietly and then the other pup nibbed mommy dog’s tail and she ended up barking at the first pup.

  10. Am I the only one who thought there were two gates and groups of puppies? Lol took me a while to see that mirror. *facepalm*

  11. Someone get that mama a martini

  12. When she barked, I got up from bed, brushed my teeth, took a shower, cleaned my room and resumed working on side projects. Just wow!

  13. She called them by their full name

  14. I can’t be the only one who automatically had a dub over happen? “The fuck y’all think you’re doing, acting like fools, sit your asses down, I did not raise you to be rude shits.” (Hell, even I reflexively went “oh shit, sorry mom.”)

  15. These puppies are 8 weeks old and big enough that they are eating and drinking solids now as seen by the bowls in the video.

  16. I think that’s a mother trying to wean her puppies

I need ozzyman to do a voice over this.

  18. I had two dogs (golden retrievers) from the same litter. One we brought one home earlier and the other later because the owner hadn’t found a good home for him. I found the one that had stayed with the mother longer was much better mannered then the one we brought home as soon as we could (what ever time was recommended). I feel that moms short nerves were the key to setting the puppies straight.

  19. The first time you see your mother’s angry face

  20. That was amazing….I could almost hear the pups saying “Sorry mammy”, and settling down

  21. *Parents taking notes in the back*

  22. Ahh yes the universal language understood by all being yelled at by mum

  23. Calm your tits, or you don’t get mine!

  24. <utter chaos ensuing>

Mom: ok, now calm the FUCK down!!… lol

    <crickets in the background>

  25. Damn this like a whole damn documentary

  26. That one kid in class who just can’t shut the heck up and wait the 30 seconds it’ll take to let the teacher calm down making everyone else wait.

  27. Asian parents just flex or cock their arms ready for a slap. No words needed.

  28. Like my mom handling us kids when we were young lol.

  29. Yes Chef sorry Chef

  30. “I said *SILENCE*!”

  31. Sounds just like me with my three kids ☺️

  32. I love watching videos like this, we can learn so much from momma’s body language

Geez she made me freeze and calm down…good momma for sure, teaching those babies well.

  39. I’ve got no kids. But I sure as heck can imagine a lot of parents with kids thinking ‘ah man, if only that worked on human kids too’ 😉

Here’s a shoutout to each and every parent who has to deal with (their) rowdy kids of all ages on a daily basis. We need y’all. We appreciate y’all. And we hope you raise this generation better than ours was!

  40. “sit your ass down!”

  41. Like little piranhas.

  42. When mama speaks everybody listen they just have that tone 😂
